Brake Testa Millennium - Information Print

Calibration

The manufacturer recommends an annual Calibration carried out by an authorised dealer or distributor.

Installation - How to use

Step 1
Select the vehicle to be tested; car, truck, bus etc
(Note the integrated carry handle)

Step 2
Following the prompts on the LCD, select the test type (in this case we’re looking at a Service Brake test in a car) and enter vehicle and operator identification using the alphanumeric keyboard.

Step 3
Place the Brake Testa on the passenger side floor or seat of the vehicle with the “Direction of Test” arrow facing forward. Ensure that the unit is positioned as parallel as possible to the road surface.

Step 4
Position the Pedal Force Transducer (PFT) over the vehicle brake pedal.

Step 5
Accelerate to about 30km/h (20 mph) and apply the brake. Stop as quickly and as smoothly as possible until the vehicle comes to rest.
