Temperature Tag - Information Print

Software

TempTag Reader & Software
The TempTag reader connects to a serial pot of your ocmputer and enables the TempTags to be configured and downloaded.

Registration Key
The software is locked to the specific reader that you rec\eived (via the Registration Key taht was supplied with the reader) - without the reader & registration key the software will not run.

TempTag Reader
The reader may be plugged into serial ports COM1 to COM4 - the software will search through them all to try to find the reader. Please note that if you have another reader attached to the computer at the same time it starts searching from COM1 and so the TempTags reader must be on a lower numbered serial port than the other reader.

Database
The data from the TempTAgs is stored in a stored n a database when it is downloaded. Data from different locations/customers can be stored in different databases - just ensure that the correct database is open when the tag is downloaded.

Currently the software does not create new, blank, databases - if you wish to have multiple database you will need to copy the supplied database before any records are downloaded (this will be correted shortly).
